Test Press Submissions Uploader Information

When uploading Tracks for Test Press please create a a .zip file which will include both an MP3 or .wav file of your track as well as a text document which clearly outlines the following:

1. Name of Artist
2. Name of Producer
3. Name Of Track
4. Phone Number
5. E-Mail Address

• All tracks must be submitted a minimum of two days prior to the event date.

• You must attend the event to have your track reviewed and considered
for inclusion in the next Test Press compilation.

• Each track will be reviewed by the Test Press committee before being
cleared for presentation.

• You will be contacted prior to the event to confirm that your track
has been approved and that you will be in attendance.

• Songs will be reviewed on a first uploaded basis.

• Due to event time restrictions and the volume of tracks submitted
please keep your track to a maximum of three and a half minutes,
otherwise we will have to fade it out!

• Don't forget to bring your fans and your friends to vote for your track!

Terms of agreement

By submitting your track to Test Press you implicitly agree to and understand the following:

1. Tracks will be reviewed and presented in the order which they are received.

2. No more than one submission per artist, per event.

3. This is not a contest. Test Press is a networking event with the opportunity to present new music.

4. If you are selected as a finalist be aware that final say for who will be selected for the next Test Press compilation will be made by the Test Press committee and the staff at Epiphyte Records.

5. You will be presented with an agreement prior to the release of your material.

6. You warrant that none of the material featured on your track is defamatory of any person or infringes the rights of any third party.

7. You and/or your associates are the sole copyright holders of the material being submitted.
